"Cascading Waterfall" is a response to an attack from the rear. The opponent has seized the kojiri (the end of the saya or scabbard) and yanked it upwards to interfere with the draw. After breaking the opponent's grip, the iaidoka pivots into nukitsuke, thrusts to counter, and finishes with kirioroshi.
